Rod Thread Cutting Machine is used to cut the external threads with the help of a Tangential chaser. Chaser is used as a cutter in Machines. The job remains still, Die-head rotates and different types of threads can be cut such as BSPT, BSW, BSP, NPT, UNF, METRIC, UNC, ACME, and BSF Threads. It mainly consists of the following:-

• Saddle
• Bed Clamping Vice
• Die Head.
